we’re tired of waiting on other people!
there’s been SO much waiting involved in the opening of saint cupcake, and it’s getting tiresome.
the decision was made today to officially open the bakery on November 29 - by then our waiting will be finished, and hopefully yours will be, too.
we’re getting many, many calls asking if we’re open - and right now, all we want is to be open. soon...soon...soon. sugary delights for all!
thanks for waiting with us!

check back here for photos of our progress - and for tales of our test recipes. things are bound to get interesting - especially as we start to fill our pastry cases!

We’re busy in the saint cupcake test kitchen - working on our very own recipe for Portugese malasadas. If you’ve never tasted this sugary piece of heaven, we’ll take care of that in November.
Malasadas are not unlike doughnuts - but without a hole and traditionally made-to-order and eaten hot.
When you come to saint cupcake to indulge in the glory of the malasada, be sure to ask jami about her first malasada experience - it was one she will never forget.
