we saw the cutest thing today.

imagine the cutest couple. then imagine the cutest couple showing you their new tattoos - she with a single tiny cupcake. he with an i + a heart + a cupcake. and as for placement of said tattoos...let’s just say we blushed.

 michael and britney: your dreams of praline and hazelnut and chocolate and yumminess will soon come true.

holy cow, these cupcakes are perfect.  our heavenly bakers are ironing out the final deets on the most perfect vegan cupcake menu you vegans and omnivores have ever had.

and guess what? our favorite vegan baker, carly, is putting the finishing touches on our new DELICIOUS vegan cinnamon rolls. just like our non-vegan cinnamon rolls (delicious) only vegan. sweet! 

no meat!  no dairy!  all delicious! coming very soon.

oh, have we got a surprise in store for you all on the other side of the willamette.

 first of all, remember we told you about NOUN? you know, the cool shop that will share a space with us when we open up on the eastside? go check out the website, i’ll wait....ok.  you done?  great.  well, NOUN opens up on november 1st and we’ve had a sneak peak.  it is gorgeous in there.  we are blushing just at the thought of being in the same room as NOUN.  oh, NOUN, you are so cute.

as for saint cupcake, we are  working on some important details, but hope to open shortly after NOUN.  THIS WILL BE AN ALL NEW SAINT CUPCAKE EXPERIENCE. let’s just say, there will be cupcakes for every occasion available for your aforementioned occasion on se belmont.  dinner party to attend?  don’t show up empty handed-- come see us first as your cupcakes will be waiting for you, all ready to go. in charge of desserts for that bachelorette party?  saint cupcake on belmont has what you need. if you don’t get the idea now, you will soon.  we are excited. so very very excited.
